A LATE 19TH / EARLY 20TH CENTURY BURMESE RICE BOWL. The sides with continuous repousse panel of figures and trees within foliate bands. Engraved image of a peacock to the base. Height 15cm x Diameter 23cm, weight 28.8ozt. Together with a Victorian silver plated salver (Diameter 32.5cm). (2).
Age and handling wear, the rice bowl with with some marks, scratches and small dents in places. Notably, a small hole visible to one of the heads of the figural decoration. The salver with some visible plate loss and marks etc.
