Reynolds, creator of The Peacock Press Written to his mother whilst on active service during World War I in Egypt describing the landmarks and life there, across two letters; Reynolds holidayed in Tuxor whilst working in Alexandria. Together with five images from the time, including a wedding procession, a man fishing and a native woman all in Alexandria, and numerous empty 'On Active Service' envelopes.
