A Collection of Iridescent Carnival Glass and Decorative Metalware
A group of decorative items comprising an amethyst-coloured pressed glass basket featuring a ruffled rim and an applied clear glass handle. The collection includes several pieces of marigold iridescent carnival glass, including a creamer, a corresponding saucer, and footed bowls, each decorated with embossed floral and scroll motifs in the style of the Memphis pattern by Northwood. Also included is a polished silver-tone metal bowl with a reticulated base and a wire mesh lid, accompanied by a spoon. The glassware exhibits characteristic iridescence and pressed patterns typical of early to mid-20th-century production. No maker's marks or signatures are discernible on any of the pieces.
