Four Fortnightly Series Partwork Static Model Steam Locomotives
A group of four static display model steam locomotives produced for a British partwork publication series. Each model is mounted on an integrated black plastic track-style display base with a printed identification label. The models are constructed from die-cast metal with additional plastic components and fine detailing, finished in historical railway liveries. The collection comprises: a 1903 GWR Class 3700 No. 3440 City of Truro in Great Western Railway green and brown livery; an 1886 Caledonian Railway Single 4-2-2 No. 123 in Caledonian blue; a 1960 BR Class 9F No. 92220 Evening Star in British Railways green; and a 1938 LMS Class 8P Duchess No. 6220 Coronation featuring a streamlined crimson casing with gold horizontal striping. Each item is housed in its original clear plastic blister packaging, featuring a barcode and a price label of 8.99 pounds.
