Two early 19th century 1817 and 1826 hand-sewn needlepoint samplers. The lot to include a 1817 sampler by Ann Mills, aged 9 depicting a passage from the bible and various foliate and floral motifs to the bottom. Together with a 1826 sampler by Eliza McClure on October 4th, depicting the alphabet and numbers with a passage from the bible below. Each framed and glazed.
