Valentín Manterola, the Basque painter who has left an indelible mark on the art world, was born and raised between the misty coasts and green hills of Zumaia.
From an early age, Manterola showed an innate fascination with the sea and the landscapes that surrounded him. His talent is not limited to replicating nature, but goes much further, fusing reality with imagination in a symphony of colours and shapes, establishing his reputation as a master of landscape painting and still life.
