Customer Returns, End of Line Stock from an International Retailer and Unclaimed Goods from Transport Networks IMPORTANT AUCTION INFORMATION:<br /><br />AUCTION SCHEDULE:<br />The live and live online auction starts promptly at 9:30 AM and will run continuously without breaks until the final lot is sold.<br />Lots sold in this auction are located in Guildford, GU1 4SJ.<br />Room bidding is permitted, bidders are welcome to attend in person.<br />Online bidding is available via Wellers, and the Easy Live Auction platform.<br /><br />BUYING &amp; ITEM DESCRIPTIONS:<br />All goods are 'Sold As Seen' and 'Sold As Seen Online' with no guarantees or warranties.<br />Wellers Auctions specialise in Customer Returns and Lost Property. With 1,000&ndash;2,000 lots weekly, we do not test items, and cannot confirm working condition.<br />Descriptions and images are for guidance only &ndash; they are not guaranteed representations of condition or completeness. - Scratched, damaged, or non-working items are non-refundable, unless explicitly described as working.<br />Boxed items may be missing accessories &ndash; request a 'Condition Report' if unsure.<br />Participation is both in-room and online.<br /><br />FEES &amp; VAT:<br />Buyer&rsquo;s Premium is tiered:<br />30.5% + VAT for hammer prices under &pound;15<br />28% + VAT for hammer prices of &pound;15 or more<br />20% VAT applies to most lots unless otherwise marked. VAT-exempt lots are visible under the &lsquo;NO VAT&rsquo; category or &lsquo;Additional Fees&rsquo; tab.<br /><br />VIEWING:<br />Viewing is available Friday 17th April from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and Auction Day (Monday) from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.<br />Please note: Not all lots may be available for viewing.<br />If bidding online, ensure you are confident in what you are bidding on.<br /><br />CONDITION REPORTS:<br />Condition reports are available upon request.<br />Submit your request via the lot page on our website prior to 7:00 AM on auction day.<br />If you do not request a 'Condition Report', you are bidding at your own risk as outlined in our Terms &amp; Conditions.<br /><br />PAYMENT TERMS:<br /><br />Room Bidders:<br />Payment and collection must be completed on auction day.<br />We accept debit card or bank transfer in person.<br />Online Bidders:<br />Payment must be made by 3:30 PM the day after the sale by bank transfer via your online banking, the amount owed will be in your invoice email received post-auction.<br />No cash or card payments are accepted at reception.<br />Payment must be made before booking a collection slot.<br />All Bidders:<br />Failure to pay will result in:<br />A minimum 6-week ban<br />Lots re-entered into a future auction<br />A 50% admin fee on the unpaid invoice<br /><br />COLLECTIONS:<br /><br />Room Bidders:<br />Same-day collections are mandatory for any and all items paid for on auction day.<br />Online Bidders:<br />No collections within 24 hours of payment being made.<br />Book your collection slot either via our online booking system on our website, or via the link received post-auction in your invoice emai...
