Note: Sir Thomas Wyatt, the Younger joined the Edward Courtenay, Earl of Devonshire in an insurrection to prevent the marriage of Queen Mary to Philip of Spain, Wyatt undertaking to raise Kent, on his arrival in London he was deserted by his followers and executed for high treason
