An Unheated Ceylon Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring in 18 carat white gold, set with a principal cushion cut sapphire of approximately 3.85 carats, within border of round briliant cut diamonds totalling approximately 1.20 carats. Marked 18K. Accompanied by a gemmological report stating the sapphire is of Ceylon (Sri Lankan) Origin, with no indication of heat treatment.
