Any items not collected may be resold at any stage without notice and a storage charge of £5 per lot per day and a removal will be deducted from the proceeds. Any exceptional circumstances regarding collection must be confirmed in writing by the Auctioneers. Any refund of purchase price will be given at a maximum of the purchase price less resale charges.
