A 19th century glass wine bottle, 27 cm high, and eight others similar (9)
Report by GH
One of the bottles is quite heavily chipped around the top rim and another has a hole to the body, about half way down.
The others seem to be in okay condition but are filthy.
The hole is visible on the main lot photograph and is front row second from the left, on the tallest bottle. The hole is just below the shoulder to the left hand side. If the bottles were numbered one to nine from left to right then the bottle would be number two.
