Great War Period Royal Artillery Other Ranks Dress Peaked Cap. A fair example of the Royal Artillery's other ranks dress cap. Dark navy and scarlet wool construction with leather peak and chin strap in situ. The cap retains the white crown cover. An off white leather sweatband with a London tailors mark embossed. Red cotton lining has perished. Some signs of age related wear and mothing. Otherwise a good cap with a white metal RA Volunteers cap badge fixed to the front.
