Movement - currently functioning, not ticking when face down.
Dial - chip to the centre, crude chip repair at the ten/eleven position, faint hairlines.
Glass - good.
Hands - surface marks and tarnish marks.
Case - a couple of mild bruise marks to the case side, light surface marks, missing securing catch for the rear cover, missing case deployment button.
