No damage or repair, all stones present, sapphire is a dark blue with slight central colour window and faint straight colour zoning with no other obvious internal inclusions visible through a loupe, diamonds quite bright and lively, both with a slight yellow tint, general wear to mount, full UK hallmarks slightly worn, marked 18
