The Rev. James John West (1805-1872) was a High-Calvinist Anglican preacher. In 1831, he was appointed Rector of Winchelsea, Sussex, ministering in the parish church of Hurstpierpoint.
Good, but mixed 'country house' condition. Some wear, some foxed spots.
