Red Dwarf (BBC Sitcom) - Polymorph (Series 3, 1989) - screen used prop character eyeballs from the Polymorph. Clear acrylic domes, with inner latex rubber eyelids and 'blinking' mechanisms still remain. Latex deteriorated. Some armaments remaining. Eyes measure approx: 6cm diameter. The puppet was destroyed after filming, and these eyes are all that are known to remain. Along with a large collection of original behind-the-scenes photographs taken by our client during production. Includes photographs from the initial model making, through to rehearsal shots with the cast. Largely 6x4", some Polaroids present. A unique archive of previously unseen images from the sitcom.
Provenance: our vendor worked on production and created the Polymorph character / puppet for the series.
