A pair of late 19th Century Bretby Pottery vases, each of slender ovoid form, rising from a stepped circular base, the body decorated with flowers and foliage before a treacle and ochre glazed ground, height 45cm, both A/F together with a 19th Century vase in the manner of Christopher Dresser, the pear shaped vase, with upper frilled rim, with graduated yellow to green ground, unmarked, 40cm, S/D. (3)

More Information

Bretby - both vases suffer damage with one having chips around the foot and to the upper rim and the other having a break and losses to the upper neck and rim.
Green vase - there is a chip to the upper rim and next to it a small rim bruise, no cracks and no restoration.
