A worksplate, M&GN REBUILT 1903, MELTON CONSTABLE. Although the M&GN only built 19 locomotives, they rebuilt very many more at their Melton Constable works and this plate is most likely to be from one of those rebuilds. Cast brass, 9"x6", the face cleaned and repainted. (Postage Band: C)
