AN EARLY 19TH CENTURY PORTRAIT MINIATURE of an officer of the 87th Royal Irish Fusiliers, on ivory, oval, silver gilt frame with pendant loop, 70mm x 57mm, ivory exemption declaration 79X3WJ9U
The grey marks appear to be discolouration. There are clouds amongst the blue as well.
There is no warping or cracks to the ivory.
There are some very fine lines of scoring to the surface but these do not appear to be cracks.
The frame is tarnished.
