The Beatles; an autograph album with signatures of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr, possibly by the hand of road manager Neil Aspinall, on four separate sheets within the album.
Provenance: this lot has been consigned by the executors of a deceased estate. The now deceased lady attended a Beatles concert at The Odeon, Nottingham. We have consulted with a friend of the deceased who also attended the concert. Her memories are that they applied for tickets in a draw but were unsuccessful. Fortunately, the deceased's father had an acquaintance who had four spare tickets. He purchased the tickets and then gave them to his daughter, her sister and her schoolfriend. The friend remembers that her own father arranged for his secretary to have the fourth ticket so that she could act as a chaperone
