W & J Rigby Dublin 16 bore side by side hammer shotgun, with 28" damascus barrels, the rib marked WM & JN Rigby Dublin, having platinum lines and plugs, the hammers engraved in the manner of Dolphins and the locks with scroll engraving and marked WM & JN Rigby, with similar engraving to the trigger guard, double trigger with 14" stock with steel butt plate. NOTE: William and John Jason Rigby traded as W & J Rigby from 24 Suffolk Street Dublin circa 1850. Serial No. 8197. Sold as a section 58 obsolete calibre.
