* the crook has the double S logo which was only produced for a short period in 1954

**This instrument has been in the same family for many years and is sold with an insurance valuation from 1957. There is also a photo of the vendor’s father playing the sax in the Ray Norman Jazz Band circa 1960

No serious condition issues evident, just loss of lacquer-work and some pitting with expected wear and tear for age, do not think it has been re-lacquered in the past, see further images for guidance, personal viewing always advised when possible.
