AN EARLY 20TH CENTURY JAPANESE KATANA IN LACQUERED SCABBARD. With a 72 cm single edged blade with sharpened edge. pierced iron guard, foliate decorated mount and fabric wound shagreen covered grip. In a black lacquered scabbard 105 cm overall.

blade with light marking, grip with slight looseness to the mounts, blade not removed from grip, scabbard with some chipping and holes for mounts to the center.
