Arts and Crafts : Manner of Shapland and Petter , Barnstaple , an oak buffet , with ornate brass strapwork, turned spindles and Alphonse Mucha style copper embossed plaques, by 'A Riemann ' (1874-1976?) bevelled glass door centres to top, pierced and panelled sections with typical style legs and uprights. 54 1/4'' wide x 60'' high Albert Reimann was a well known and respected Art Nouveau designer, who set up a School 'Hohere Schule fur' Dekorationskunst under the auspices and spirit of Werkbun of it's key figures were Peter Behrens and Hermann Muthesius.
