Personally signed by Lt General Jay T Robbins USAF. (September 16, 1919 - March 3, 2001) was a career officer in the United States Air Force who rose to the rank of lieutenant general. He started his Air Force career in 1941. He spent his wartime service in the Fifth Air Force in the Southwest Pacific. He rose to command the 8th Fighter Group. At war's end, he was a quadruple ace with 22 Victories. Captain Armand G Manson US Navy. Flew two combat tours during WW11, 1st tour w aboard the USS Bunker Hill 2nd tour was with VF - 82 aboard USS Bennington, during this tour he flew numerous strikes on the Japanese home islands, and in Okinawa Campaign was credited with 5 enemy aircraft.
