IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please read this before placing your bids.
Please take note that some of the lots in the auction require collection directly from the vendor’s property either by the buyer or by our delivery service.
You will see in the description of these lots a location such as in lot 130 it states ‘This lot is located off-site in the Oysterhaven area’; this lot is located in that area and as a bidder you should be able to either collect the lot yourself or use one of our recommended delivery services to do so within a timely manner following the auction.
When you have paid for your lot(s) you will be provided with the first name of the vendor & their contact number. Or if you elect to use our recommended delivery services we will put them in contact with you & the vendor.
The following lots must be collected directly from the vendor’s property.
LOTS: 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 197, 198, 219, 272: From The Oysterhaven Area
Collection:
All other lots will be available for collection/delivery from our Bandon Auction Rooms.
The day after an auction all staff work from home and so no collections/deliveries are available on that day.
We will forward you your invoice and telephone you the day after the auction.
We can advise then on the best day to collect your lot(s).
As always 24-hour’s of notice must be given of any collection so that we can prepare your lot & confirm a time.
All lots located in the auction rooms must be collected within 14 working days of the auction; if they are not collected they will be moved to paid storage; the charges for which will be invoiced to you.
