Very Rare & Early Antique 1837 John Broadwood & Sons Square Piano in solid mahogany, lid lifts up to firstly show the keys and a rosewood fret worked panel which is also showing the name plate, the lid lifts up again to reveal the strings, piano is mostly made of wood but has a cast iron brace, stamped by John Broadwood & Sons 5112, piano stands on 4 stunning turned legs with brass castors, has a centre dampener pedal, piano has been restored some years ago and has been recently tuned by a local professional piano tuner. In very good condition for its age. Piano has a distinctive sound. Legs can be removed for ease of transportation, measures 88cm high, 174cm long and 69cm deep
