An Indian dagger scissors' katar c.1900. Twin hollow half-blades 20cms opening when the handle bars are squeezed to reveal a central 17cms blade with thickened point, hilt and forte decorated overall with silver damascened geometric and flowering foliate designs. G.C. (some age wear).
