A pair of Regency and later painted and parcel gilt library armchairs with floral carved cresting rail flanked by tongues of acanthus above channelled and tied Reed outlines, with distinctive double crescent open arms above stop fluted seat rails painted with quatrefoils, supported by reeded tapering legs. 61 cm wide x 71 cm deep x 89 cm overall height, 45 cm height to the seat. A private estate. The one chair has had a back rail replaced.
