A Chinese export porcelain tankard, Qianlong, (1737-1796), of typical cylindrical form externally painted in famille rose palette with sprigs and floral sprays, entwined, moulded strap handle, 13.5cm high
The piece shows a small chip to the rim approximately 5mm wide, a chip and rivet repair to the handle, and surface wear throughout including extensive rubbing to the gilt highlights. but no obvious cracks, crazing or evidence of restoration.
