A 19th century Italian cameo brooch, the central oval depiction of the Madonna with child, within a plain polished yellow metal rub over setting with rope twist detail, unmarked, hinge pin to reverse, 5.5cm long, 13gms, with paperwork from Museo Del Corallo

As seen in the last image, there is a lead repair to the underside of the mount. Similar repairs can be seen to the opposite side, and below the hinge pin terminals
Wear, blemishes and mishappen areas can be seen to the mount throughout, commensurate with age and wear.
One minor crack can be seen to the veil that Madonna is wearing.
Minor patches of discolouration can be seen.
High relief cameo areas show minor surface rubbing, commensurate with age.
No obvious chips or cracks to the cameo.
General wear, scuffs and blemishes seen throughout, commensurate of the age and use of the piece.
