Attributed to Sir James Jebusa Shannon, oil on canvas, portrait of a lady wearing a white bonnet and dress, indistinctly signed and dated, 20ins x 16ins, gilt framed
The painting is from a local deceased estate and the sitter is unknown. There is an indistinct inscription and date to the upper right hand side - see photo.
There is also a shadow from an old label that was once applied to the frame which I have tried to photograph
