A Late 19th century Etruscan Revival brooch cum pendant, of oval form, with applied floral motifs, set with an octagonal-cut purple paste, with fringe below embellished with flowerheads and imitation pearls, on a hinged bail with twisted cables and granulated details, brooch fittings to the reverse, yellow metal stamped with Dutch oak leaf assay mark for 14ct, 8.5cm x 3.0cm, 7.9 grams.
