A Chinese porcelain famille verte saucer dish, 18th century, the small circular dish painted to the centre with two quail beside a rocky outcrop issuing chrysanthemum sprays, 15.2cm diameter
PROVENANCE: From the collection of Dr Christopher & Mrs Helen Girton
The piece shows pits and frits, glazing faults and surface wear throughout. The rim shows chips and nibbles around approximately half the circumference. No obvious cracks, crazing or evidence of restoration.
