A 19TH CENTURY DUTCH SILVER TWIN HANDLED BREAD BASKET. Of shaped oval form in the Louis Seize style, with pierced decoration, festoons, medallions and lion mask rings at each end, stood on four scroll shaped supports. With Dutch Export marks for .930 fineness and British import hallmarks for Frederick Carel William Wagner, London, 1894, F (Foreign). Height 17cm x Width 41cm x Depth 26.5cm, Weight 52.7ozt.

Generally good for age, some visible age and handling wear. Rocks on its feet. Rings on the lion masks are misshapen.
