(minor edge toning or wear) with "PARLIAMENTARY NOTICE." imprint at top sent from London with additional "CHELTENHAM & BOURTON-ON-THE-WATER RAILWAY" heading with only a 2d Blue (pl.8) but also having a mainly very fine rare RED Handstruck "d6" mark with matching "LONDON/PAID" cds on the front; plus 1859/63 pair of smaller "PARLIAMENTARY NOTICE." imprint covers sent from London or (unusually) from Liverpool with 1d Red + 6d Lilac or with 2d Blue (pl.9) + Small Letters 6d Lilac.
