1855 (Oct 19) Quadruple rate entire letter from Liverpool to the USA sent on the Collins Line "Baltic", four embossed 1/- stamps (all cut to shape) each cancelled by Liverpool 466 spoons, with scarce red "84 / CENTS" accountancy handstamp (due from the British to U.S Post Office). This 84 Cents mark was the highest rate Cents accountancy mark issued to the Liverpool Post Office.
