A trio of annual commemorative enamel boxes by Halcyon Days, Bilston, England. Each oval-shaped box features a hinged lid with a gold-tone metal mount and hand-painted decoration on a white enamel ground. The collection includes a 1977 edition featuring the date 1977 surrounded by the floral emblems of the United Kingdom, including the rose, thistle, shamrock, and daffodil; a 1980 edition decorated with a wreath of fruit and flowers including grapes, an orange, and roses; and a 1981 edition depicting a basket of flowers and berries with the date 1981. The underside of each box is printed with the mark: HALCYON DAYS ENAMELS MADE IN BILSTON, ENGLAND, surmounted by the Royal Warrant for Her Majesty The Queen. Each item is presented in its original blue silk and velvet-lined case featuring a gold-stamped Royal Warrant for Halcyon Days Ltd., London.
