Please Read the Following Paragraphs Before Proceeding to Register for This Sale. Registering For This Sale Means You Have Deemed to Have Done This. A.S.H. Auctions retains the right to change any information within these Terms and Conditions without giving due notice. No Credit Cards Are Accepted for Payment of Goods or Registrations. Only Debit Card ,Bank Transfer & Cash Are Accepted. We Have No Card Machine, So Payments at The Saleroom Is Cash Only! Bidders registering with us for the first time may be asked to pay a £50.00 deposit , this is refundable after the sale. If you are lucky enough to win any lots, then the £50.00 will be deducted from your invoice. The deposit does not mean you do not have to settle the balance anytime you wish. We still expect the balance to be paid in full before 12.00 noon the Saturday after the sale. If you fail to do this, you are in danger of losing the deposit. The items will be given back to the vendors, and you will receive a block on your account. So please take this in mind when you are bidding. Section 1: VIEWING: The public are NOW allowed into the saleroom. We are still offering our virtual viewing service using Messenger and Whatsapp on our mobile phones 07778 347125 or 07864 046382) .We do encourage you to either come and view or use our new virtual viewing so you can be happy with the item/s that you are interested in bidding on. What we think is good and what you think is good may be poles apart. Please remember this is an auction and that is why a viewing service is offered so it is up to you the buyer to be sure what you are buying. Viewing days and times for this sale are below. This being our general antiques and collectable sale the buyer’s premium is as stated below. Hammer Price £10.00 and under = £2.20 per lot Hammer Price £12.00 and over = 20% This applies to Easy Live Auction and our website platform; other platforms will vary. Section 3: PAYMENT Please note that we would prefer payment by bank transfer our sort code and the account number is on the invoice you receive or by online using our merchant secure 3D account with your debit card. Or by cash when you come and collect your items. If you want to pay in cash, you will have to do so before the end of business on the Wednesday after the sale.
