Frank Emery was born in Saint Pancras London in 1884, he was the oldest son of the family. His father William was a Cabinet Maker, Frank followed in the footsteps of his father profession.
During the Great War, Frank served with the Hertfordshire Regiment. He arrived on the Western Front on the 6th of November 1914 with the 1st Bn. He survived the war and was discharged on the 9th of November 1915.

Memorial Plaque - Alfred Leonard Emery

Alfred Leonard Emery was born in 1890 in St Pancras London, the middle son of the Emery family. In civilian life he was a Sweet Maker.
He served with the 4th Bn of the London Regiment and was sadly killed in action on the 1st of September 1918. Alfred was laid to rest in Sailly-Saillisel British Cemetery

Memorial Plaque - George Albert Emery
Condition EF
George Albert Emery was the youngest son, born in 1892. A Gardener, he enlisted on the 28th of May 1915, joining the Kings Royal Rifle Corps. He landed in France on the 18th of September 1915 with the 8th Bn.
Sadly, he was killed in action on Boxing Day 1917. He is remembered on the Tyne Cote Memorial.
