Arkady Grigorievich Pavliuk (1925-2018), Ukrainian School, Oil on artist's board, 'Tractor Driver, Vasily', 1956, A portrait of a man in profile, Ascribed verso. Approx. 23 3/4'' x 16 1/2'' Pavliuk was born in Kiev City, Ukraine. He studied at the Odessa Art College and Kharkov Art Institute. He was a member of the Red Army and of the Union of Artists of Ukraine.
