A late 19th/early 20th century carriage/ early automobile foot warmer. Anodised tin with original carpet top and brass end plates, one stamped 'CHAUFFERETTE J. LEFRANC...A PARIS', the other fitted with a sliding tray, and a handle. Height 9.5cm (12cm with handle), width 40cm, depth 19cm.
