With thanks to The Glendening Project for assistance in cataloguing this item Condition:The painting is an oil on canvas, framed without glazing. The canvas has been relined, there are no obvious signs for damage or deterioration of the canvas. The paint surface has craquelure throughout - the surface appears stable, no obvious evidence for deteriotation or paint loss, the colours are well preserved. The signature and date to the lower right is a little faded. The frame appears in good condition, the joints are sound.
