Alan Phillips (20th Century) - A river landscape with wooden gate to the foreground, pen and watercolour, signed, dated '86, framed, 36cm x 52cm, frame size 60cm x 75cm, also three other framed watercolour landscapes one signed 'Phylo' by the same hand. (4)
NB - Phillips was born in Kidderminster. He trained at Stourbridge College of Art and at Birmingham Polytechnic. He headed Art Departments in several schools in the Midlands before moving to North Devon in the summer of 1975, where he spent many years teaching and painting the landscape.
All watercolours in very good order. All presented in glazed frames.
Frames has some light general wear.
