A large Japanese patinated bronze dragon vase – late 19th / early 20th century, of baluster form with twin beast head handles between the neck and shoulder, the neck with bands of leafy scrolls and foliate lobed floral reserves, the body decorated in high relief with a coiling, three-toed long bodied dragon, the base with two thread line girdles, mid to dark brown patination, 45.75cm high.
