More about the boat: Built by Anderson Dry Sock and Shipping 1916 and owned by Lawson Batey Tugs of Newcastle upon Tyne. Gross tonnage 260, 1140 i.h.p. Used for coastal towing locally and for lighters on the Tyne too.
