Georgian leather covered dome topped travelling trunk with a rare history to it. The original oval brass plaque reads "Sarah Leeke 1816". Sarah Leeke from Leominster was the last woman in England to be sentenced to the ducking stool in 1817, she was also the 1st wife of Admiral John Bligh a close living relative of William Bligh of HMS Bounty at the time. Sarah was the daughter of H. S. Leeke of Yaxley Hall, Suffolk
