£240
19th century continental carved oak hall bench decorated with carved floral, fruit, vine and acanthus panels, with a carved silhouette figure panel to each side, 124cm high, 116cm wide and 70cm deep, with later seat and back panel.
This is not sturdy. The side is a bit loose to the touch. There are splits to the joins. There are old chips, nibbles and scratches to the wood. Probably has been stained at some point. The front panel is loose. There are old nails with holes to the top rail of the reverse. Some of the covering is affixed so can't see beneath it.
