by William Holmes, London 1777, of vase-form, with beaded borders, the cover with acorn finials, raised on a square foot. 30cm high, 24.7 troy ounces
Marked to the cover and underside of the foot with clear hallmarks. No engraving or sign of erasure/thinning. Stands upright and presents well. Some minor surface wear but generally in very good condition.
