A late 19th/early 20th century silver plated biscuit barrel, the oval hinged cover with sheaf of wheat cast handle, above a plain polished body with twin lion mask handles, upon openwork tray with four ball and claw feet, 17cm high, with a further silver plated and glass dish, with silver plated cast cow detailed cover (2)

Sheaf of wheat example -
Circular area of loss to the silver plate at front of barrel.
General scuffs, scratches, tarnishing and blemishes seen throughout, commensurate with use.
No obvious signs of damage.
General residue of silver polish seen to areas.
Cover doesn't sit quite flush against the body.
Cow example -
Dent/mishappen area seen to the rim.
General minor surface scuffs, scratches and blemishes seen to cover, commensurate with being used.
Glass body shows no major cracks or chips.
Minor surface blemishes, scuffs and scratches seen, commensurate with age and use.
Some blemishes seen within the glass.
